My Story

Melodyalala. A Yellowknife-raised, Calgary-based artist, who intertwines the storytelling of folk/pop with country charm in her

music. Her new single, “Snowy Drive” is a story about enduring love during the most difficult of times. With her heartfelt vocals

she pays homage to moments which the listener has most likely felt as well. These relatable melodies are reminiscent of great

artists like Jann Arden, Carole King, Karen Carpenter and even Anne Murray. This happy ending song was recorded at

Evergreensound with Mark Troyer and will resonate any long-time couple who are used to sharing responsibility and trust with

each other. Melodyalala has taken many workshops, lessons and mentorships and will continue to do so as a testament to her
